How Rising handles information you submit through our website and Artist Visa Profile Evaluation.
Information we collect. We may collect contact information, professional and career information, immigration-context information you choose to provide, public profile links, evidence links, payment-related identifiers, and other information submitted through our forms or communications.
How we use it. We use this information to provide the services you request, verify payment, review and assess your professional profile, communicate with you, maintain internal records, improve our services, and help coordinate next steps when appropriate.
Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. Rising does not receive or store your full payment card number through the Artist Visa Profile Evaluation checkout.
Service providers and professional partners. We may use service providers that support hosting, payments, database storage, communications and related business operations. When legal review, petition preparation or filing is requested or required, information may be shared with qualified U.S. immigration counsel with your knowledge or as needed to provide the requested service.
Data retention and security. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business records, address disputes and comply with applicable obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect submitted information, but no internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices. You may contact us to ask questions about information you submitted or request correction or deletion where appropriate and legally permitted.
